Hi! I'm Julie Vera, the founder of Rooted Consulting - a space created to help women and mom-owned small business grow from the roots up with a place of clarity, balance and intention.

After years leading operations and strategy, I realized I wanted to use my skills in a way that felt more personal and purposeful. 
 

Becoming a mom changed everything for me. I watched my children grow so quickly and realized how fleeting life feels when we're constantly rushing and pouring ourselves into everything else. I wanted to build a way to support women like me -ambitious, creative, and passionate - without losing sight of the life they're building for themselves and their families.

Rooted was born from that vision. My approach blends strategy with heart, helping you create systems, clarity, and action plans that feel manageable and aligned with your life. Together, we focus on building a business that supports you, not the other way around.
